1. Manufacturing Engineering Technicians (MET)
Basic Job Functions:
Assist in the installation and qualification of systems, troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues, identify and/or implement system improvements that contribute to the achievement of throughput, yield and product performance goals.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Gauge setup and maintenance.
- Maintenance of process control plan.
- Responsible for data collection relating to daily tool performance and associated product performance.
- Provide training to production associates.
- Responsible for solving day-to-day production, equipment, and process problems.
- Maintain effective communication with production associates and manufacturing engineers.
- Execute planned process experiments, collect and analyze data and report experimental results.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.
- Direct engineering activities on the line in absence of associate engineers and engineers.
- Lead in special activities and projects of the department – quality circle, social events, general improvement activities, etc.
- Manage inventory of parts.
- Develop and update internal documentation including drawings, standard operating procedures, and process specifications.
- Responsible for interfacing with internal associates and supplier representatives, as required to complete assigned projects.
- Supervise and coach METs AND/OR initiate and lead engineering projects and tests.
- Coordinate and drive projects and tasks on behalf of engineers.
- Work across cross functional groups in FS KLM to meet the objectives of the group.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good communication skill
- Fresh graduate with CGPA of 3.0 and above in a relevant disciplines are also strongly encouraged to apply

2. Equipment Engineering Technicians
Basic Job Functions:
Performs, as directed, all necessary maintenance of the facility, equipment and grounds, in a timely and cost efficient manner. This includes trouble shoot and repair of mechanical, electrical and control systems
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Accomplishes daily assignments as scheduled and as directed.
- Performs the on-site service and repair of equipment.
- Must meet at least 90% of Estimated Repair Times
- Interfaces with other departments.
- Follows standard OSHA, EPA and Company safe practices on all work assignments.
- Identifies and recommends opportunities for cost savings.
- May be asked to train other employees
- Responsible to manage waste generated from any work that is performed.
Required Skills:
- Proven Electro/Mechanical skills
- Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, Vacuum Systems and Robotic.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing equipment.

Basic Job Functions:
Responsible for the setup and operation of semiconductor coater and the peripheral equipment.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities.
- Adheres to all safety procedures and practices good housekeeping.
- Operate the assigned semiconductor coater within specifications defined in the work instructions to optimize output and minimize scrap.
- Timely and accurate setup of the assigned semiconductor coater equipment.
- Perform activities to bring the assigned semiconductor coater from a cold start up to optimum operating parameters within specifications as outlined in the work instructions.
- Work with engineering teams to run approved tests on the assigned semiconductor coater ensuring that all parameters are set as defined in the approved test plan or in the work instructions.
- Work with the manufacturing engineering to identify deviations and root causes of equipment malfunctions.
- Assist engineers in troubleshooting quality deviations.
- Report on operating status and/or project status as required.
- Train new manufacturing technicians, ensuring that training is conducted in accordance to approved work instructions.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.
- Work in a team environment to optimize the output of the assigned semiconductor coater.
- Manage waste gaylords at the semiconductor coaters per the approved work instructions and procedures.
- Perform other related assignments as required
Required Skills:
- Production machine/system operating experience.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge on computer application.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or chemical systems.
- Basic mathematic skills to be able to apply to statistics.
- Familiarity with vacuum systems, lasers, and glass handling (a plus).
- Ability to understand and apply TOC and SPC concepts.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in technical or related field with a minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience
- Operations experience in a manufacturing environment
- Exposure to electrical, mechanical and/or chemical industrial applications
- Experience in mechanical maintenance (a plus)
- Exposure to the glass processing industry (a plus)
- Familiarity with vacuum systems, lasers and glass handling (a plus)
- Fresh graduate with CGPA of 2.8 and above in a relevant disciplines are also strongly encouraged to apply

Assist Test & Reliability engineers with testing and measurement of Product Reliability Monitoring (PRM), second source supplier qualifications, ETA & NCP for Stability and Durability.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience demonstrated skills in electronic testing.
Education:
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/ Mechatronic or equivalent field
- Fresh graduate with minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above are encouraged to apply
Required Skills:
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Responsible to perform baseline and post test measurement for all Reliability test.
- Responsible to ensure that all the test are complete as per the schedule.
- Responsible to communicate immediately any abnormal findings on the product or testing equipments.
- Required to lift and/or carry up to 40 lbs.
